All rates  are inclusive of 7% Municipality fee, 5%VAT and 10% service charge and subject to Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night.

The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1500 hours and check-out is at 1200 hours (noon). For guaranteed early check-in, previous night will be charged at full contracted rate subject to availability. The late departure charge shall be 50% of the rate of the day and subject to availability (until 1800 hours), after that time, a full night stay will be charged at Best Available Rate of the day to the guests directly.

Minimum age of 18 years or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian

Name changes cannot be accepted.

Children aged 11.99 and below may share their parents’ accommodation at no charge on the same meal plan as booked for Adults. Baby cots or ONE extra bed is provided free of charge in this case upon request and subject to availability. ? Youngsters aged 12 and above are considered as adults and will be charged as an adult.

?A minimum length of 5 nights stays for bookings over 27th December  and 5th January  (for All rooms categories, Suites and Villas) ?No check-out is allowed on 31st December .

?Children between the ages of 6 to 11.99 years enjoy a 50% reduction on the New Year’s Eve supplement.

?Children below 6 years dine for free when accompanied by adults having purchased the above supplement. ?Half Board NOT Valid for Christmas Brunch , Dinner and Gala Dinner on 31st DEC .

The reservation for Early bird offer will be honoured only if the Rate Codes are clearly stated in the booking request.
